Meraki Canine Collective

Where Every Dog’s Journey Counts.

Our Mission

Meraki Canine Collective exists to celebrate and recognize the growth of dogs and handlers through enrichment, sport-inspired skills, and working-inspired foundations. Our virtual titles are designed to be accessible, encouraging, and meaningful—because every dog’s journey counts.

At Meraki Canine Collective, we believe every dog deserves the chance to learn, succeed, and be celebrated—whether they’re a beloved family companion, an up-and-coming sport dog, or exploring working-style skills for confidence and purpose.

Our Virtual Title Recognition Program offers structured tracks across Enrichment, Sport Foundations, and Working Foundations, with multiple levels that reward progress over perfection. Titles can be completed from home or in everyday real-life settings, making them achievable for a wide variety of dogs, handlers, and lifestyles.

Most importantly, Meraki Canine Collective is about the relationship: building communication, confidence, and skills in a way that supports the whole dog. When teams earn titles, they’re recognized with custom awards and ribbons as a celebration of their hard work and commitment.

Disclaimer
Meraki Canine Collective titles are recognition titles created for enrichment, skill-building, and celebrating training progress. They are not a government credential, license, or legal certification.

Tracks and activities that are “therapy-inspired,” “service-inspired,” or “search-inspired” are intended as foundational skill exercises and simulations only. Completing titles in these tracks does not certify a dog as a Therapy Dog, Service Dog, Search & Rescue Dog, or grant any public access rights.

Participation is voluntary, and handlers are responsible for their dog’s safety, well-being, and appropriate training environment at all times.

Safety & Welfare
Dog welfare comes first. Training should be humane, age-appropriate, and physically safe. If a dog shows signs of stress, fatigue, or discomfort, we encourage handlers to pause, simplify the exercise, and build confidence gradually. All submissions should reflect safe handling, appropriate equipment use, and a positive learning experience. Optional

Independence & Affiliation
Meraki Canine Collective is an independent program created by Meraki Canine LLC. Our titles are original and are not affiliated with or endorsed by other registries, organizations, or title programs.

Pathways

Learn about our various Program Pathways!

Enrichment Pathway (EP)

The Enrichment Pathway recognizes dogs who engage their minds through problem-solving, sensory activities, and thoughtful interaction with their environment. This pathway celebrates curiosity, creativity, and emotional fulfillment, emphasizing mental well-being just as much as physical activity. Dogs in this pathway demonstrate growth through enrichment-based challenges designed to build confidence, focus, and resilience in everyday life.

Sport Foundations Pathway (SP)

The Sport Foundations Pathway highlights athletic skill development, body awareness, engagement, and foundational behaviors inspired by a variety of dog sports. This pathway is ideal for dogs exploring performance-style skills or building a strong physical and mental foundation, without focusing on any single sport. Titles reward teamwork, consistency, and purposeful movement rather than speed or competition.

Working Foundations Pathway (WP)

The Working Foundations Pathway recognizes dogs developing purpose-driven skills inspired by real-world working roles such as therapy, service, and search activities. Exercises in this pathway focus on task engagement, environmental awareness, handler communication, and emotional steadiness. This pathway emphasizes foundational skill-building and simulations, not certification, while honoring dogs who enjoy having a “job.”

Life Skills Pathway (LP)

The Life Skills Pathway celebrates practical, real-world behaviors that strengthen daily living and the dog–handler relationship. This pathway focuses on manners, reliability, impulse control, and adaptability in everyday situations. Dogs earning titles here demonstrate skills that support harmonious living, confident handling, and thoughtful decision-making in familiar and novel environments.

Confidence & Resilience Pathway (CR)

The Confidence & Resilience Pathway honors dogs building emotional strength, adaptability, and recovery skills. This pathway focuses on navigating new environments, responding to novel stimuli, and developing healthy coping strategies. Titles in this pathway recognize progress in confidence, stress recovery, and resilience—celebrating growth at the dog’s individual pace.
